Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends. Dogs and Cats are permitted. A total of two pets are allowed per household. Sterling Hills utilizes petscreening.com for all animal screening prior to move in and renewal. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required per pet, and pet rent is $25 per month per pet. Dog Breed Restriction List: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, and Akitas.
